Just when you thought the Cubertruck couldn't become a worse car
Just when you thought the Cubertruck couldn't become a worse car
Just when you thought the Cubertruck couldn't become a worse car
I've seen one in person, it was in motion, I recognized the silhouette. The wheels struck me as weirdly big. looked like a toy that wasn't quite proportioned right.
I saw someone post a picture of it next to some generic "crossover," you know how life forms all eventually turn into crabs? They call it carcinification? Well cars apparently crossoverify. So it's a Cyber Truck sitting next to a Lexus fuk60 or whatever and someone says "PS1 graphics vs PS5 graphics" and it's true.
The wheel placement is off compared to other trucks. Because the battery pack runs between the wheels the wheels are pushed out to the very edges of the body. However traditionally trucks, especially on the rear axel, have a bit of hang over due to the axel placement for maximum payload.
At least the wrap protects the metal from bird poop, although it attracts all other kinds of poop while I'm in the neighborhood.
The whole thing is a shit show.
If you intend to drive it, you 100% have to put a wrap on it, or detail it everytime you get home to avoid permenant damage.
And there's some weird clause in the contract where you can't sell it for a year.
Whenever that's up, we're going to see a shit ton of these things go up for dirt cheap.
The poop sits on the inside of that one.
The wrap also prevents the car from acting like a mirror and blinding other road users.
Nazi clown car.
I love when assholes let you know who they are. And this guy really wanted you to know he was an asshole squared! We should lure him into a car wash.
This Musk wouldn't have stood for this. What happened? (Spoiler Alert: Money and/or Power)
Edit: my dumb ass forgot the photo. Probably because it is permanently deleted from the internet forever
Wasn't the consensus on fortnite that anytime a cyber truck rolled up, all previous engagements were put on hold until the elonaldmobile was a smoking crater?
Can we translate over to real life? Please?
Based on the number of recalls for those things, One can only surmise that the build quality is terrible. Basically what I'm saying is just give it a minute I'm pretty sure it'll self-destruct. Or maybe a fog will roll in and the whole thing will just rust over, I don't know.
Why not? fELONy car?
You're right, you can't spell "felony" without "elon."
Correct, "felony" contains "elon".
I mean if this gets conservatives into EVs, at least SOME good will come out of this ugly, dysfunctional heap of metal.
Next we need someone to convince them that cars in general are evil and it's much better for their freedom to use public transport
I don't know why people think cars are freedom. You have to fuel, maintain, and store that thing constantly. When I had a car I always had that shit in the back of my mind.
Now I just get on the train and I show up where I need to be.
But I guess conservatives struggle to imagine a different world. All the highways, auto repair shops, and gas stations just appeared effortlessly by magic, but building trains is impossible.
No good will come of EVs
Normalize calling cybertrucks Tesla trump trucks
Cucktrucks
Cybercucks.
From dumpster to flamin dumpster
Man imagine going into debt to show support for Trump and making Elno Muskrat richer.
Man, i really need some money, i'm in deep shit.
Really, shit, what happened?
Here's the thing....
They've been eating the flowers in the picture.
That plant is Datura, or Jimsonweed, for any here uninitiated.
Worst trip ever.
A friend of my dad's tried that once and woke up, for days later, in a field several miles from his house, with no trousers on and no idea what had happened!
Insert "Life uh... finds a way" meme.
Meh, close enough. :-P
Put "save America" at the top, add a "from", and then the logo actually makes sense.
Maybe it says “AGAIN”? It looks like an “A”, and enough space. Kinda looks like a curved letter followed by another straight one, too. Idk though. Could be “Save America Ass!!!!”
I don't get the hate that this generally gets, but this particular one could use a molotov cocktail or 3 thrown its way...
The cybertruck is a weird looking car with issues but some people make it their life mission to talk trash about it every chance they get
If they didn't want me to talk trash about it, they shouldn't have designed it to look like a dumpster
It's not a good truck or even a good SUV. If it can't fulfill its basic purpose, it deserves hate.
It is literally an unsafe car for everyone around it.
No crumple zone means if it ever hits a pedestrian, they are insta killed.
There is a reason why these are not allowed on EU market.
Finally, a worthy test for the "thermonuclear-proof" windows: create an indent/hole with a steel ball or something, insert Molotov cocktail and watch.

Brother showed this over weekend. I think it highlights key issues like peddle breaking or frame shattering.
They literally all look like this to me.
As the strangest plus side ever.. At least wrapping the cybertruck is extremely easy.
Things can always get worse - sun tzu
Cybercuck
I thought we were calling it the CyberCuck©?
Idiots won't always tell you they're idiotic, but they will always show you if you're watching.
tear off the metal panels above the doors
Brick magnet
Corpse magnet
Everything about this car is dumb beginning with Elon the "engineer" designing this in a CAD program high on ambien or whatever he takes. To the hopefully sober decision to manufacture the car.
I could swear he hit some button that reduces polygon count and thought it looks cool. It must have been something like that.
Apparently he drew it on a napkin.
Whoever owns this truck is a hero because they’re creating so much joy and laughter in the world thru this hilarious combo
Does the number of stars represent the size of police force that should be chasing Old Man Don?
Why's it already look faded out, though?
I think it's supposed to be an effect of electric bolts but it looks awful
A match made in heaven.
They're just putting on the outside the same sentiment that's inside of every cybertruck
yeah, this doesn't seem worse, just redundant
Way to bypass my cybertruck word filter :(
I mean now it won't rust every time it rains
It doesn't rust in rain. At this point I'm no longer sure if people just don't know or wether they're intentionally spreading disinformation.
Iron particles from brake rotors that are suspended in the air land on the vehicle and react with the stainless steel causing them to rust. The iron particles that is, not the stainless steel. Vehicle detailers call this "fallout" and there are cleaning products intented to remove that. It's surface contamination that cleans off. The vehicle itself isn't rusting no matter how hard people wish it did.
True colors Edition...
See now that's just a target for me. I spot that monstrosity and I'm dropping my entire schedule for the afternoon. New agenda item: Do everything possible to inconvenience that twunt (getting in front of him and gradually slowing down 1mph every ten seconds, shifting lanes at the same time he's trying to pass, anything else I can think of) while feigning ignorance and pretending he doesn't exist when he pulls up beside me with his window open and screaming bloody murder at me...nope, I'm eyes straight ahead singing Mmmbop, sizzlechest, I can't hear any assholes bitching.
Trash on trash. The weak sheep are getting boring and predictable....
Vomit on wheels all around!
Wonder if theyll allow it to be torched when the orange fuckwad loses
Damn it, now I have to get the vomit off my keyboard.
Goober truck.
At least it won’t rust now.
Hey, look on the bright side: Republicans are switching to electric cars.
Reducing your carbon footprint to own the libs
And taking government subsidies
Not feeling owned enough. Maybe some install some solar.
Didn’t you hear, Trump was changing his stance on EVs because Musk bought him, I mean, donated to him.
I was expecting this car to open a Pandora’s box in the auto industry and force tighter regulation of safety standards. Considering how this thing violates the 100 year long gentleman’s agreement of companies improving safety on their own.
I’m not sure why I’m surprised nothing happened. Can’t expect too much from Dem cabinets I guess.
Lol, what?
I agree that it's the right thing to do but it would probably be costly and widely unpopular to increase safety standards on the road. It's not worth it to miss out on combating the rise of fascism by losing elections after implementing long-term improvements that enrage people in the short term.
Yes, this is a downside to the two-party representative democracy.
Did someone expect massive systemic changes over the course of a couple years?
That's cute 🙊
