I think it's still not available in the EU. Not that I'd download it if it were available.

54 0 ReplyHonestly forgot it was a thing. I figured that it had disappeared by now.
50 0 ReplyHaven't thought about threads for weeks... Forgot it was a thing.
44 0 ReplySad that the UFC fight between him and Elon Musk won't happen.
He does have a lot of experience in BJJ, so good for Elon, hahahahah
29 3 ReplyYeah but Elon had a secret plan. Once he got in the ring he was going to purchase it, then fire everyone inside it.
26 0 ReplyWould not doubt that from happening, hahahaha

How bad must his long hair be that he chooses that hairstyle?
14 1 ReplyI've read that this nerd is very into ancient rome.
19 0 ReplyOh really? That's a creepy trail I'm disinclined to look into.
Can't stop myself. Of course he idolizes Caesar, the ultimate end justifies the means character.
Not the same path you're taking, mark.
It's like Ben Shapiro watching a Chomsky lecture and thinking "this guy talks words. I talk words too! We're basically the same."

10 0 ReplyThreads is still banned in EU, right? Not that I'm interested in it.
7 0 ReplyHe is an AI.
5 0 ReplyNo I did not, Mark.
4 0 ReplyYes
5 1 ReplyJust looked to see what was happening with threads and they like 80% of its users .
4 0 ReplyThey clearly came to market too early. Trying to time the death of twitter. The 5-10 minutes I spent on that shit was enough to see how broken it was and how many features were missing. You can't come to market with a broken product in a space that requires exponential growth and the network effect to achieve success.
6 0 ReplyZuckerberg had the same problem with his metaverse idea.
Although, to be fair, I don't know if there really is a way to make that idea successful. Like flying cars, 3D interfaces are cool in sci-fi but impractical in real life

twitter post right below this one
2 0 ReplySo far it I've been digging it. There's a pretty steady pilgrimage from X to threads. Loads of people try to keep it from turning into "X" and that always shows up in the feed. So it is pretty reassuring like that. And reminders to start blocking or muting people now to keep a positive vibe going and your own sanity. It's been kinda nice like that.
And I've only managed to piss off one person and that was by total mistake. We cool now.
6 5 ReplyIt's owned by Facebook
11 3 ReplyEdit: that was a shitty response i left. Long day and I shouldn't be on the internet.
But none the less, who fucking knew.

I still hope for federation of Threads. I just wanna be on my own non-Facebook server, but be able to communicate with that domain. Like with email.
