Honestly tho, that is a nice looking block.
63 0 ReplyDoes it come in the classic red? Because I might consider it.
36 0 ReplyI know this sounds stupid, but I bought a nice white painted wooden block to prop up one of my flower pots that the roomba would otherwise knock over. OPs block seriously looks like an upgrade.
8 0 ReplyI have a plethora of inherited bullshit tiny tables to serve largely the same function, none of which is particularly stable at this point, so I’m with you.

A 1ft^3 solid block of stainless steel is 500lbs. (227kg)
That looks a bit bigger than that, and weight will go up exponentially with increased perimeters.
If the sides are 16in we're looking at 1,200lbs (544kg)
Edit: it clearly says the weight on the pic.... Guess I still need to wake up. And it's not solid, but the thought of it being solid was funny to me.
17 0 ReplyWeight wouldn't go up exponentially, but cubically. x^3 vs x^x

7 0 ReplyI find the idea funny too, thanks for running the math

Can it run Doom?
13 1 ReplyWhat a stupid question. It's a solid block of metal. Of course it can.

Does it weigh 80 pounds or cost 80 pounds? Because if it's the former, it may make for a nice anvil 😄

Time to get the trebuchet ready so we can fling it at their headquarters.
6 0 ReplyIs this a reference to the Cybertruck?
4 0 ReplyAt least you can still use it as a trivot, which makes it more functional than most counter appliances.
