Small business owner here, the existential dread is real. Usually because it's true, and I won't realize what I forgot to do until I go to bed.

33 0 ReplyMy wife is back in evening school to get het bachelors degree. Seeing her stressed and studying has triggered this a lit for me. Sometimes I even have nightmares that I didn't graduate and still need to complete one course.

This was what i felt after I graduated from college. I was already working full time, so any amount of free time felt weired.

7 0 ReplyI tried SSRI and they gave me anxiety more intense than the worst I've felt. I'm the "lucky" ~15% of people who respond to them that way
