POV: you're reading the comments on any post on a left-wing subreddit
Just move to Lemmy

Would they even let them set up a comm there?
The 50501 alt sub
Everytime. On a generalized sub, such as r/soccer, if there’s a topic in which right wingers will get absolutely wrecked by consensus (ie israel/palestine), the mods will lock comments before the thread even gets going.
Any local subreddit: Homeless people should be vaporized on sight AITA?
Reddit mods: delete your comment for being uncivil
true leftists post on raddle
I only post on Usenet groups called like alt.trotskyism.indiana that have long since devolved into a two person flamewar over whether or not Reg Birch was a careerist
alt.conspiracy.black.helicopters
I am amazed that site hasn’t that died already. It’s going the way of twitter.
There is unfortunately enough niche content there that there aren't really enough posters for on Lemmy yet.
For stuff like world news and such though, people should come to Hexbear 😈
Isn't
stronger than ever, even after the supposed boycott a couple years ago? Since everything is so filled with AI bots now, I guess it's hard to tell, but I thought reddit was still the place everyone went to ask a question and be answered by a swarm of insufferable nerds. If it really is dying, that's wonderful news.
r/ShitLiberalsSay is still pretty left. If you go there and talk shit about the DPRK/USSR/PRC you'll get smacked down pretty quick. As ever over there it seems to be the shitposting subs that have staying power.
It's because they're difficult for outsiders to penetrate and mean as fuck to people who arent leftist
