Politics have consequences. When elected politicians vote to arms ongoing genocide, people die. When elected politicians vote to deny people healthcare, people die. Politics and its consequences is inherently violent.

Libs don't realise violence is built into the system and happens everyday. They don't realise violence is often the only way to undo these unjust systems. And they think you can over turn things operating within a system where the oppressors have a monopoly on violence and decide who gets to use it
Liberals are much worse than actual pacifists because they make tons of exceptions whenever it's systemic violence conducted by a bourgeois state, which is literally the worst time to make exceptions.
I think part of the 10% of Americans who never approved of Bush included some of those old hippie cranks who I respect infinitely more than the people who style themselves as "nonviolent," while opposing every war except the current one. Possibly a hot take but simply being like, "violence is bad" consistently, with zero broader understanding of politics and no consideration of material conditions, even when the news says otherwise and even when the state or the "good guys" are doing it, is enough to make you more correct about geopolitics than the vast majority of Americans.

This is why anything that comes out of the mouth of an American about non-violence is bullshit. They make jokes about one of the most barbaric acts ever committed to this day, they never found any remorse. That moment contributed heavily to allow American crackers and their empire to become what they are today. If the US could have been nuked in retaliation in 1945, we might have seen a more humbled and cautious US emerge, instead of the obnoxious child bully they became.

I mean if you've been here long enough you've probably had to tell someone to delete something for fedposting but there is also a difference between wanting people to incite violence versus thinking decrying violent action universally is dumb, especially in the context of how it is used in cases such as Trump's piercing: where violence directed at the state is treated as political violence but violence that the state itself regularly commits is treated as non-existent and non-political.
