      ICE was created in 2003, by Bush Jr., amid the "War on Terror." The empire's ire was turned towards Muslims at that time. Now that it has turned towards oppressing immigrants, and those who look and sounds like immigrants, ICE can finally unleash its fascist potential on this much larger population.
