A funny lib cartoon
A funny lib cartoon
A funny lib cartoon
Are you telling me this is sincere and not mocking?
The cartoonist is a turbolib.
I'm slowly starting to realize that liberals must be voting in more consequential elections than the ones I'm voting in. The ones I vote in aren't actually doing anything.
Two words: Battleground States
Everybody else gets the hose unless voters puts the lotion on the skin
The ending of Planet of the Apes + something about
? Brilliant, I've done it again.edit: this guy does only know one joke and it's pop culture reference + something politics related.
I love you Dr zaius
I love this so much I wish it could be an emote
How about something like this?
.
An artistic person taking their time could make it a bit shorter and a still a bit more narrow.
The bolder on the statue's left could be removed. The beach made a uniform light yellow for clarity based on the yellow background of the man, woman, & horse. And then they could then be pushed up pixels and pushed left yet more.

The woman and the horse need to be separated more so they don't look like a single weird beast.

Edi 2
This is getting ugly but it's a crude approximation.
Lol even better now that it can be used whenever an over dramatic lib post shows up
The choices were Dark Helmet or Scroob.
Don't look at me. I voted third party. Mr. Coffee gave a real solid argument.
You’d think after losing to Donald Trump twice, they’d do some soul searching and have a serious autopsy.
At the very least, they’d drop the dopey lovable loser act. Say what you will about the GOP, but they’re at least able to energize their base with their whole “fuck yeah, we’re badass” aesthetic.
Dems could scoop up some kind of Occupy: reloaded vibe. The GOP cannot realistically combat class and a surprising amount of Trump supporters have mentioned they hold some respect for AOC because of her ability to energize her base, with some Trump supporters even voting for her in NY-14

It is pretty funny that they'll always refuse to accept they lost - even now. It's always the voters failed them.
Dems could scoop up some kind of Occupy: reloaded vibe... AOC
I agree. But they'll pantomime resistance by giving speeches and interviews that nobody listens to or watches.
Instead of criticizing non-voters, these people should check their privilege. 40 per cent of the population can not afford to own a horse, even If they wanted to. #TakeTheBus #TrainLove
The center can't meme.
All my votes.... gone!
I don't understand it. The speech bubble is coming out of the sea? The sea is damning them to hell for not voting?
This makes libs look so ridiculous that I'm surprised it's a lib meme and not making fun of them
Trump continuing to avoid any problems and getting a second term broke lib brains. One thing I've noted in lib op-eds is weird unexplained reasoning that even though it's just a piece of paper the constitution will somehow will magically do stuff all by itself even if there is nobody or nothing to uphold what it says.
An op-ed might say "Trump is not a king," when the GOP justices ruling pretty much does make him a king. And the writer knows that! Bluesky also has a fetish for the constitution as a security blanket. In a small way I sympathize. Mueller failed. Impeachment #1 failed. Impeachment #2 failed. Merrick Garland failed. Jack Smith failed. And all the other legal cases failed. The Georgia case is technically still alive but it's going to go nowhere.
I saw a crazy Bluesky thread yesterday. Here's the first post.
Their reasoning is that such-and-such is in the constitution therefore Trump can't take the oath of office. And they go on and on with their lib fanfic constitutional security blanket fetish.
Edit
Holy mother of fuck - they're a BlueAnon nutter. They're going to be posting that shit EVERY DAY.
American civil religion is so bizarre.
I wanted to read the whole thing but it is so unhinged i had to bail. Fuck me but i cannot engage my empathy software for these chuds.
It's partly gotta be my FILs fault. This guy, proudly apolitical ("they're all crooks so i stay out of it"), voted for the first time in 2020. Now that he's become "engaged" (watching MSNBC) he's become absolutely insufferable. It's the absolute worst having the world explained to me by someone like him, who knows i've at least been paying attention for decades. What is MSNBC's secret sauce? How do the talking heads make him and others like him so confident that they know better?
I don't wanna shit on my poor FIL too much tho... Even though he's definitely a dipshit, he's mostly alright, and now that trump won he's on the bottle. He and MIL are killing a bottle a day. Never has that man had a drink outside typical socialization. Wild i tell ya, you'd have to know him to know how wild that is. MSNBC et al are killing him, killing both of them... and it's awful to see. And. AND. What could i even tell them to make it better? That FIL had it closer to correct before he ever cast a ballot?
Even if she were completely correct it wouldn't matter because the only thing that actually matters is what people do and allow to happen. If the energy does not exist to do that due to other forces/pressures then it simply doesn't happen. In this case, the libs don't want to split the country even more which certainly occur if anyone tried to use any mechanisms to prevent Trump now because the goal of libs is protecting the status quo and you would categorically enter a new politicla environment by taking that action.
Have they forgotten about Trump v. Anderson, 601 U.S. 100 (2024) where SCOTUS gave Congress exclusive power to exercise the 14th already?
SCOTUS doesn't think 18 U.S.C. § 2383 is enough to count as Congress enforcing it, and there's no chance they'll pass a new statute to overturn the opinion, because they didn't even make a half-hearted nonbinding resolution in the 117th when Dems had both houses
reminds me of the sovereign citizen kooks
I love that they went through the effort of writing that whole fanfic only for Vance to end up president lmao
Basically a lite-version of sovereign citizens.
Also Trump was sworn in in front of a flag with gold tassels, thus making it a navy court, which means he isn't officially sworn in and is not actually president. It's the law
He'll never wriggle his way out of this jam!
