Gunshot wounds (GSW) to the penis represent a rare type of traumatic injury in the civilian United States population. Although small, single‐center studies have reported results of care for these types of injured patients, no national analyses ...

I hate the way they group shoot by cop with accidental discharge, as if it is an accidental whoopsie
Can someone bypass the paywall for me and post the full power rankings I need to know how well the Miami experience holds up against the other experiences.
That's the beauty in adding (this is not a bit post this is real) to your posts to indicate the full ninety seconds of effort you invested into fact-checking.
I am jumping straight from reading this comment to trashing op without fact-checking this claim that they're wrong btw
Still inaccurate -- 1.7% of GSW patients are there for GSW to the penis (GSWP). By only considering patients, there's a bias against GSWs where treatment was not sought. If a bullet grazes my shoulder while I was doing something I don't want known to everybody, I might try to treat it at home. GSWP? I'm going to see a doctor, a real doctor, not somebody's cousin who almost finished nursing training, an actual doctor, so the second wound ends up in the numerator and denominator while the first contributes to neither.
