- Definitely harder, but many cell companies now let you block domains online. Usually under like a child safety section. If you can't do that, ask them to let you use their phone for something and on iOS you can turn on the block porn domains and then add custom domains. If that doesn't work you can install something like adguard and just add the domains. Pretty sure Android has similar options and even more third party app options
  If you really want to fuck with them you could semi randomize days and blocks of time when certain sites work. You could probably block whatever subdomain(s) twitter uses for video content so the website loads for them like 20% of the time and videos never load.
