Tesla vehicles kept crashing even after the Autopilot software updates, NHTSA says

From the article:

Last month, NHTSA criticized Tesla’s “weak driver engagement system with Autopilot’s permissive operating capabilities.”

Sounds to me like a lack of regulations.
