there's some freaky perspective shit going on there. They're big. but they're not economy car big.
- The wingsman can easily be 8 to 9 ft if it's female
  
  Look at the first picture, wings aren’t spread. The largest baldies are recorded as having 8 foot wingspans- in alaska. They tend to be smaller closer to the equator.
  For comparison, if that’s a Hyundai Elantra behind it, it’s 15 feet long. (Close enough for 4 doors whatever it is.)
- Yeah the bird is on a flat roof maybe a garage or something similar on the same height or slightly below the window
  
  Brother, the eagle is standing on grass
- Yeah whatever surface it's on, it's slightly elevated. It's a big bird but there's some optical illusion going on.
- Need banana for scale
- Moped big at most, since we're measuring in vehicles.
  
  E-bike is the best I can do.

I think there's oil in that there yard.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.....but I'm fairly certain that's a vulture.
- Seems like an eagle to me. At least in North America, Bald eagles can be considerably larger than vultures. Oh and baldies are also carrion eaters.
  
  Does the US have unusually small vultures? Mexican vultures are famous, and much larger than a bald eagle, but even here in Brazil our vultures are about the size of a bald eagle.
- I think so too. The pic on the left its easier to see its head.

Thought the title said "Magafauna", which also works
- Well, no, not really. Back during the 2016 election don poorleon did a photoshoot with a bald eagle and the bird attacked him. I still love the pure symbolism there, the symbol of American democracy considered him a threat.
