Trump spoke out against a bipartisan bill that would ban TikTok.
The former president said "Facebook and Zuckerschmuck will double their business" without the app.
While in office, Trump pushed TikTok to find a US buyer or face a ban.
It took me a minute or two to figure out what was actually going on here because Zuckerschmuck is a not existing, but gramatically very regular and usual German composite word that means "sugar jewelry".
I just imagined this word meaning a thing that looks amazing at first glance but turns out to be a real piece of shit. Like jewelry made of sugar gems which melt in the rain.
