Good one! Just the right degree of unexpected.
I play this game, unfortunately, way too much. My cat likes to hide. If we can't find him immediately, my kids freak out and think he somehow escaped the house and is gone forever. I usually end up searching the whole house many times over before finding him in a spot I swear I checked a dozen times.
- And if he’s anything like my cat, he just looks at you all sleepy-eyed like, “Oh sorry, were you calling for me?”
- Top up the food bowl and watch them run
