Just get a wing nut socket/driver and treat them like any other nut.
You need a t slot extrusion nuts too! And there are several variations.

What about whatever spikes truck drivers put on their bolts? They look sharper than acorns.
They're just plastic, the real lug nuts are underneath. We have a hexagonal plastic handle to slide over to take them off before removing a wheel.
But I still want to see the Ben-hur bolts.
And unlike screw head shapes, all of them serve an actual useful purpose
