Trump does not drink alcohol actually. His aversion to it is well known.
He himself has called it “one of his only good traits” and claims its influenced by his older brothers drinking problem who affirmed Trump to not drink.
Personally i believe part of it is he had some bad experiences in his youth of it amplifying his stupid mind. Might be part of his daddy issues being called an idiot too.

- No real need. The effective range of those planes is infinite. We can refule them midair. Sticking them in the middle of the country for storage made sense for defensive purposes, at least until Ukraine made truck/lorry based drone swarm platforms.
