well they USAF has relocated quite a few logistic suport aircraft from the US to the middle east, and they are pulling forces out of the south china sea to the middle east. Russia has been a European issue to deal with for centuries. The current mess is because of US interference after WW2 and all the Cold War crap. Russia has always wanted to be treated as part of Europe and have a year-round warm water port. Two things that the aristocracy/oligarchy have fought to deny them. Climate change is giving Russia the portsl, while Trump is handing them a new relationship with Europe. The US leaving Europe should have happened decades ago and should be viewed as a good thing; ripping off the band-aid/plaster.
