My head canon is that she's the Rick Sanchez of her universe only she's a force for good rather than nihilism and self-indulgence.

They’d make a great couple.
She's probably the same Rick as C-137 with the only difference that she actively seeked professional help. Okay, that and she realized she was trans. And had a bonding moment with Summer telling her that she's fine without makeup and the latest fashion.

Are those disks standardized, so each one is always 50 pounds? (I assume 5 pounds for the pole)

Usually 45 lbs per plate, and 45 lbs for the bar.
- Actually since they are red, usually means they are actually 55 lbs not 45. So in theory she's probably lookin at 485..
Standardized red plates are always 25kg. In IWF, IPF and even USPA. Crossfit in the US uses pounds, but even there red is 55lb. So four slabs = 220kg.
In reality, size wise, thise are closer to 25lb plates. The 45lb plates are like 16" diameter
