i dunno, could just be something off with the photo color. whenever my avocados are underripe, the meat sticks to the pit. this one seems to have come out clean. i'd eat it.
If you get it 24 hours under ripe, with a very sharp knife, an avocado should look like this. It looks very yummy, but left in the fridge or dark cupboard for 1 day more would soften it up and improve flavour. If you chuck this in a brown paper bag for 2 hours it might work out well too. Oir you count prepare salad now, for dinner ltime, sans dressing.
