“Unfortunately, many of the comments are negative, some of which are threatening towards RCMP to the point of expressing disappointment that officers were not injured or killed during the incident,” Parke said on Monday.

“During his arrest, the suspect resisted and fought officers, and as a result, he was bitten by PDS Chase. Once in custody, he was taken to a local hospital to get treated for minor injuries and was released,” RCMP said.

Sadly I think that the trackhoe operator isn't a comrade, given that this happened in Bonnyville. It's the most stereotypical Alberta town one can imagine. Chud central.

Don't hold your breath, it's probably a bunch of oilfield workers in 21% APR lifted pickups throwing beer cans at the hogs for presuming to not let them drive drunk. You go to other provinces though and sometimes you'll have indigenous communities blowing up pipelines
