- Well in the case of physical items you do need to provide an address for shipping, so they can also enforce this if the address is in Texas, regardless of IP location.
  
  This is true but I feel like a shop in another state is not going to respect that requirement since its not like weed or something that is illegal in the state. Just that it needs age verification to browse the shop. Also a temp credit card from some place like privacy.com would fix them using the payment system tracking you. Also wouldn't putting in your credit card automatically verify you.
  I also find this even more ridiculous that in Texas they sell sex toys in Spencer's Gifts in the mall.
