Why did Russia use an Inter Continental Ballistic Misile when Ukraine is in the same continent, are they stupid?

You're the dummy here my friend, in reality they used an ICBM, which stands for Intra Continental Ballistic Missile, as opposed to a regular ICBM

they weren't ICBMS, they were their new medium ranged hyper sonic nuclear capable (obviously they weren't armed) missiles. It was obviously a warning to the West, because they travel so fast with multiple war heads that they are impossible to intercept.

I heard they were actually nuclear armed but then Ukraine raised its force field just in time and everyone was fine.

  Obviously ukraine is good and russia is thanos, so it makes sense that would happen!

I read in the news long ago that they were running out of missiles. I guess they're working with what they have left.

Because Ukraine projects a sort of dimensional mesh of propaganda from it at all times, as does the US, and it simply takes a missile of that caliber to penetrate through that ambient airspace membrane. Also why the war has been bogged down so hard — you try walking through something like that. It’s like invisible, mucky quicksand
