No, disinformation is a definitely thing. Its a cheap and easy way to weaken democratic societies.
While the mainstream media definitely have a bias and tend to de-emphasize certain stories, (that are anti-capitalist, mostly) to say disinformation isnt real, or to say stories (like "russiagate") get labelled as disinformation only because "they dont want you to know the truth" ... that is in fact disinformation.
