For your second point, maybe you have to add the address to OSM to get the fine grain you're looking for.
My wife heavily uses her smartphone. Like, she'll work on spreadsheets on her phone instead of grabbing her laptop.

I tried looking up the address on https://osm.org/ , but it's not there either. The results from https://osm.org/ seem to match Organic Maps.
How come Magic Earth has more addresses, if both use Open street map?
