  • Okay, so the 3 judges were wrong, and the POTUS doesn't have any right at all to deploy the national guard? Maybe you need to be a judge!

  • Just an FYI, all 3 judges, including a democrat judge, voted in favor of this. The POTUS has the right to deploy the National Guard to a city if that city's federal buildings and/or law enforcement are under attack.
