  • people complain about Microsoft and Sony all the time.

as you say, Nintendo is "just as evil", they are all shitty companies that treat their customers like dirt.

Nintendo seems to be the most litigious of all of them, and is now warning people they'll brick their devices. that their customers bought.

there's not a bias against Nintendo, there's a retaliation for their shitty policies that they continue to enact despite their customers protesting and making their preferences known.

it's literally so bad at this point that I've decided not to buy anymore Nintendo products.

  • "7 steps are pretty clear..."

you do not have seven steps.

you have provided pages of vague prefaces and conclusions sandwiched around disconnected musings about how seeing beyond a hypothetical veil could occur if one were provided with a hypothetical procedure that reaches no conclusion.

"This exchange is going nowhere healthy or positive - I am all for debates"

you are failing in this exchange. you ask what people think, people are telling you. you don't want to accept it.

"if you are happy within this dimension..."

you don't think those beyond your understanding pop intp this dimension?

    you are truly limited.

If you ask people if they agree with your cobclusions, and we say no, and your conclusion is "then you are not thinking how I am thinking so you must be wrong", then the problem is with your narrow perspective and your question, not with everyone else.

    "Myth of Sisyphus..."

if you insist on falsely claiming spiritual ownership of a tired metaphor, try Cassandra instead of Sisyphus.

you're pretending to have prophetic insights that no one else will heed, you aren't performing some endless onerous task by tip tapping vague, nonlinear shower thoughts into your phone.

"there is much more out there than meets the eye..."

don't assume or conflate your own narrowed perspective with the awareness of others.

  • sewing is mine also. I don't think I've talked to a single person in the 15 years I've been sewing that hasn't reacted with shock to some degree or another upon finding out.

i like repairing clothes and making backpacks.

  • your desperate message is all about how the precious few may ascend as long as they see things exactly how you narrowly understand them, without recognizing the overwhelming likelihood that you are not the sole entity seeing beyond the shadows, and in all likelihood, from what I can see?

You are carrying one of the rocks.

I have plenty of patience. your message is dull, disconnected and unoriginal.

if you want your messages to resonate, which it seems like you desperately do, speak honestly and concretely.

stop hiding behind vague, uninspired platitudes.

  • whaaat?

so a comment mentioned lump.... that's a quite a leap to your notion that Lemmy is nothing but presidents of the United States band posts.

I think the fact that you have that post at hand maybe indicates that you're pretty into the band?

rather than all of Lemmy being into that band.

    who does rock.

from my absurdly extensive(editorial opinion) user history alone, you'll be able to tell that.... wait let me check how many posts and comments I have...

that .01% of my posts are about that band.

I don't think the POTUS band affliction is as a widespread as you are insinuating.

I see a lot more posts about the coward POTUS than the band POTUS these days.

  • science facts disagree with you about the temporary nature of psychedelics. clinically(and anecdotally) psychedelics permanently enhance one's awareness and appreciation of existence. As permanent as one's awareness is, anyway.

I read about half of the blog before I commented.

I tried to skim the second half, but I really don't have that kind of patience right now.

it doesn't comes to any hard conclusions, or provide any definite logical pathways to any heightened awareness.

it seems like a series of stream of consciousness idea-association musings.

which I truly have no problem with. Sometimes I'm in the mood for reading mckenna, but those musings don't lead me to believe UFOs are a manifestation of extradimensional messengers vainly leading lowly mammals out of Plato's cave.

there are hundreds of prominent Republicans who become Democrats, it's just that liberals know people can change their minds, that's the whole point of liberalism, so they don't see it as noteworthy, whereas when the liberal becomes a conservative, the conservatives all lose their minds because they can't believe a forward thinking person has finally regressed, so they shout it from their pointy demon spiked rooftops.

  • magic mushrooms are a way more likely path out of Plato's cave.

everyone can experience them, they are clinically proven to open minds, and they are objectively real.

I personally think UFOs are real, but I can't see why a space vehicle demonstrating specifically seven steps of contact is necessary to break people out of their mind caves when there more viable, practical alternatives.

  • you think the US government and the 1975 senate committee are "lemmy chemtrail guys"....nah.

    you're more than a little off-base there.

would you like to explain yourself or would you rather continue to rely on your unsubstantied personal attacks?

  • chemtrails were real for several decades, the US government admitted to dispersing harmful biological weapons over US populations by air without notification or consent in the 1975 Church committee.

doesn't mean it's happening now, but it's silly to pretend the US government didn't secretly drop chemicals and biological agents onto US citizens from aircraft when they already admitted to doing it for decades.

  • You Should Know @lemmy.world

YSK that if Americans live outside of the US for more than 330 days a year, they don't have to pay taxes on $125,000 of their income that year
