Inflation is down and a recession is unlikely. What went right?
  • Do you mean that prices have gone up that much? Inflation is the rate of increase in prices annually. Like you said, it will never be less than zero, because prices always go up over time. But how quickly (or slowly) they go up changes, which is what inflation measures. They go up slower now than they did in the past few years, which means that inflation is down.

    Just bought a laptop with Mint, shows errors on startup

    So I just bought this refurbished laptop with Mint pre-installed, and it's showing these error messages when booting. Boots just fine afterwards and seems to work normally. Is this normal? Should I get my money back, or should I do a fresh install?
