10 1 ReplySisig is one of those dishes that could really benefit from a meatless option. I love the flavors but some of those cuts can be gnarly.
6 0 ReplyMy wife used fried tofu in this case. The tofu brought the texture while the sauce and the other garnishings carried the flavor.
11 0 ReplyDoesn't have to be meatless if you just don't like the cuts used. You can replace it with ground beef or fried breaded pork chops.

This is a new dish to me. Looks great! Going to have to do some research on where I can get it locally to try it out.
