The article literally says "at least once" -- this rates are clearly nonsense and anyone who cannot see that should question their ability to detect bullshit.

I doubt a site called casino.org is pulling for a truly random sample. Their methodology disclaimer is lacking critical details. Their questions were likely slanted to increase the desired outcome.
