13 is sadly too old for some, especially disenfranchised people, to find out about contraception. This is how you get teen pregnancy.
- The world's youngest mother was a 5 year old. She got pregnant at 4. Raped by her dad. Sex ed should begin at 4 at the very latest, younger would be better because not every toddler being raped is capable of getting pregnant and those crimes still need to be prevented.
They do know that 9 is too late for many uterus carrying children since they will have already been menstruating by that age, right? Or should it just be a horrific surprise to them?
If it's conservative, it wants to rape children. Simple as that.
