When I shaved this morning, I didn't realize it was also the re-release date for both 42 and Paganini's Violin. Regardless, it was a wonderful shave with both of these great scents.

I haven't used the Stank® in awhile. Wow! Great shave! Such a terrific soap base, and if you use the soap, AS, and EdT, you will brighten up any room you enter. (Though about half the room will think an old lady entered and opened her purse. (And I apologize to my old lady for that comparison.))
This is one of my two new Ern purchases. It is on the left in this picture. @whosgotthepudding provided lots of good information for identifying Ern razors. I haven't identified this one yet.

My first ever razor was a Slim Adjustable which has similar geometry to this one. They have positive blade exposure, but on the lower settings they give me close, comfortable shaves. This one popped up on eBay for a reasonable price, in great condition, and it's my birth quarter to boot. I don't use it very often, but I'm happy to have it.
I didn't know this until I started researching, but the Super Adjustable series has a lot of variants. The type of knurling, the handle length, and the material of the base plate all varied through the years. 109 PD means 109mm, Plastic base plate, and Diamond knurling.
Yay birth quarter Super Adjustable! mine's D-2, so likely a very similar model, but I also have a 1970 P3 with the metal base plate. They are both good, but the older one feels better made.
I believe it. I know the plastic they used is going to last a very long time, and I'm sure the stockholders were happy with the change, but yeah.

I'm enjoying the Puma. It's nothing special at all, but just a very pleasant, pretty little razor.
