How do games get rated, do they just submit an application? Or do they need to provide the product?
Depends, I believe they have to provide some clips. It definitely doesn't have to be a finished game yet, though it is some indication of an impending release. But that could be months away, if not more, yet.
Let's hope for a 2024 release.
