I've heard you need to keep pestering them, you probably got automatically denied. Like escalate to a person and people have had to ask 5 times before they got it with over 200 hours played.
Popular stuff is popular. I try not to post the same stuff too much but I think many people don't check every day. So I understand if it can get a bit much if you do check everyday. You wouldn't believe how much Baldurs Gate stuff even I got tired off and didn't bother posting. I think this is an interesting topic irrelevant of manor lords.

It's a great game, played it for the first time 3 years ago and it's held up quite well. Don't think there have been any games like it. Might try to 100% it, but the game wasn't easy and the hardest difficulty. Would require abusing the AI.
New CEO but probably the same mission aka trying to be unreal and failing and trying to find more profits at the expense of users.
