We just hit 2000 subscribers! I’d like to thank everyone for showing up here to create a new community, and what better way than giving stuff away?
I’m giving away the Nitecore MH10 v2 I reviewed. I can ship it anywhere in the USA or EU, but EU winners will have to wait until mid September. This is a basic, beginner-friendly flashlight that can accept almost all 18650 and 21700 batteries.

I've always tried to find good flashlights, but seem to fail almost every time. The best flashlights I've got are actually little tiny rechargable ones I got for my bike.
The main things I care about are:
rechargable
long lasting battery
decent brightness
Would be nice features:
usb-c charging
replaceable battery
Things I would love to see, but almost never do, are:
not having to toggle through every damn brightness and flashing setting and just be able to turn on/off with a single button
red, orange, or yellow setting so I don't fuck up my night vision
Please figure out the best way to ship from the US or Germany. If it's much more than domestic shipping, I may ask you to contribute something to the cost of shipping. You may have to pay something to customs as well.
I requested a random integer from 0 to 43 from random.org and got 37, which is this comment, however MayvisDelacour has never posted to /c/flashlight and is not eligible to win.
The next try got 15, which is this comment. TheBlackKnight is eligible to win after figuring out shipping and customs to Canada.
Interesting. I've been eyeballing a boost-driver D1 for a bit, but after seeing the SC65c thermal throttling and knowing how quickly most Noctigon and Emisars step down due to heat, I might go for a DM11 since it has a bigger head, and will put more lumens "on target" with the TIR. My larger lights are all bucked/boosted and are set up for reasonable sustained output instead of being 30 second hand melters
I'm not eligible to win and as such please don't consider this an entry, but I did want to chime in as a lurker that this is real cool and a nice thing you're doing for the community.
