Like it or not, weebs are entering Cup Sizes of Consent territory now. On top of the "Height of Consent" and "Face of Consent" rules, this rule seems to be "If you're not at least a C, you can't consent to the D."
Said VN by u/Argent_OU is releasing on an smaller alternate storefront Itch.io (link NSFW) if you'd like to support probably the first and last game they'll make with petite characters, since such actions by Steam's Game Approval Committee will encourage future self-censorship in character designs from passionate game devs that don't wanna starve.
And this dude was plenty passionate - enough to put his money where his passion was, even to the point of exhausting his savings.
Anyway, everyone knows that different body shapes and sizes don't exist in reality, clearl-
Well, even if they do for genetic and environmental reasons, God forbid people in reality with these body types are depicted in games.
...but apparently 5 different "Sex With Hitler (link NSFW)" titles in the Steam store is perfectly fine as long as the girls are doubleplusgood tall and/or busty.

It really sucks, but I get it. They've decided to err well on the side of caution regarding that "things we think are illegal" clause. If the wrong person claimed that flat chested adult were a minor and proved it in court it could be a real problem for valve. Hell, it'd be expensive just to defend in court, even if they won. I hate it, but I understand why they'd make that decision.
They're not being cautious though. The song of saya (a well known vn which has a Loli character and h scenes) is available to buy on steam, granted it's probably a censored version but all the vn's that are sold as censored have free patches you can get online.
Not a lawyer, but if they don't provide the patch they're in the clear, aren't they?
They're not "erring on the side of caution", they're cutting deep into the meat of games with censorship and moderation overreach.
Large corporations like Valve don't pay per case, they have lawyers on retainer. They're getting charged no matter what. This just reeks of laziness and bad management.
Complaining that boob size in video games is upsetting a demographic doesn't make me upset at Steam. It makes me question you.
