Theatrhythm Final Bar Line won't load on leap days

Game is broken on February 29th.

The game apparently stopped working today due to the leap year. This is why you use popular date/time libraries instead of making your own lol.

That's stupid and awesome. I'm going to have to boot it up later today and try it on my own console.
- Yup, verified, it gets to the menu, tries to connect, and dies.
  
  I wonder if my yuzu steam deck version would do that.
A bank's transfers stopped working here too...
It's a leap day bug, an easy to overlook programming quirk.
- Another really fun category of time bugs is caused by assuming that all days have 24 hours. Daylight Saving Time change days have 23 or 25 hours.
