I understand people not liking Biden. Or even hating Biden for supporting Israel.
I just don't want another 4 years of undermining Democracy, women, LGBTQ, non-whites, non-Christians, the poor, peaceful protest, the constitution, etc. Every day I see another headline that is direct fallout from the other guy being president.
And yes, it's Biden's responsibility to appeal to voters (which I take into consideration even when he does things I disagree with). The same way I blame Hillary for refusing to listen to anybody. But I'm also blaming any voter who chooses to help put Trump back in office.
I already bought the Pixel Remaster version. Maybe I'll start it after next month's FFV Four Job Fiesta challenge.
It really depends on who is playing in each. In fact, it might depend on what point of the game it is. If a low ranked CFP team looks like they'll get demolished, I might watch for a few minutes until it's confirmed, then switch.
I do not include XI or XIV. Also, I still haven't beaten II, IV, or VI. But I've beaten the rest and some of the spin-offs.
Thanks Austin.
But seriously, if you're just aware of it, you should know the gist of it. I was expecting the video to be her doing the wrong side first, no biggie. But she really found a new creative way to screw it up. I'm surprised she didn't accidentally do the Macarena.
So they harassed women, then called a bomb threat, then pocketed 70k for their trouble.
I agree. And in fact I want Xbox to ramp up their exclusives quality. I like my Playstation exclusives and I don't want them to slack off.
I only bought a Series because of the Fable announcement. Between Fable, Halo (after the last one, I'm not even sure), and a couple backwards compatible games, that's all they have for me. Are they thinking about just dropping their console department?
The game had so many moments where I said "this seems like it should be a big deal". It turns out the moment was tied to the movie/show/DLC.
“The world around us says that we should keep our beliefs to ourselves whenever they go against the tyranny of diversity, equity and inclusion,”...
"the tyranny of diversity, equity and inclusion"
Dude could have just said DEI. But spelling it out really shows how stupid it is.
Those don't sound like defensive munitions.
It's definitely among the best and most powerful narratives I've played through. Up there with Last of Us 1 and 2 (although I'd put it solidly 3rd, behind those two).
After XV, FFXVI FAR exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely put it as a top 5 Final Fantasy game, personally.
Not anti-genocide or pro-Palestine. But "anti-Israel"?
"mainstream media really helped them along by refusing to report it with any depth or detail"
That's mainstream media in a nutshell. They don't want to dig into the "why" so they can appear unbiased. And it always helps Republicans.
Hah. I thought it was responding to the first comment. Yeah, they're dumb.
Did they say "liberal" and then edit it?
Biden has supported the protests and only condemned breaking the law and antisemitism along with Islamophobia. Which as president, he should. Specifically he spoke out when protesters took over Hamilton Hall.
I don't remember much from that movie. Only that it was amazing and John Leguizamo was the best part of it.
IMO, the Flag Smashers were just a plot device for the rest of the show to happen around. They were definitely the worst part, but I also didn't care about them.
I loved Zemo though. Every second. I don't remember the police officer at all.
The Heisman Trust is returning the Heisman Trophy to Reggie Bush and a replica to USC after the former running back had forfeited the award in 2010.
Reggie Bush has his 2005 Heisman Trophy back, as the Heisman Trust announced Wednesday the formal "reinstatement" of the trophy to Bush amid what it calls "enormous changes in the college football landscape."
The Heisman Trust's decision comes after Bush forfeited his Heisman Trophy in 2010 in the wake of significant NCAA sanctions for USC, which included Bush receiving improper benefits during a Trojans career that spanned from 2003 to 2005.
The bills amount to a $95 billion aid package in total.
The House on Saturday passed a $95 billion aid package that includes two long-awaited bills with $60.8 billion of Ukraine aid and $26 billion in aid to Israel.
The Ukraine bill, which passed with 311 votes in favor, 112 votes against, and one present, will now head to the Senate alongside the Israel aid bill and two others — one with aid for Taiwan and another that forces Tiktok's parent company to sell it.
I'm just curious if anyone is watching. It's been entertaining.
I keep wondering if there's a potential spring camp/minor league future for the UFL. They could start popping up in college stadiums during the off season. Imagine if a college team, let's say the Arkansas Razorbacks, had a UFL team that focused on giving former Razorbacks a place to play if they don't go to the NFL. It could even be a way to entice middling players to go to that school. Now do that with any college that wants to participate.
The Bills traded four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Stefon Diggs to the Texans for draft pick compensation.
The Bills received a 2025 second-round pick in exchange for Diggs, a 2024 sixth-round pick, and a 2025 fifth-round pick. The Texans acquired that pick from the Vikings when they traded their 2024 first-round pick to Minnesota last month.
I was just thinking about Marvel stuff that has gotten unfair negativity. So I was wondering what people are liking. Not just controversial stuff. Just, whatever you're into at the moment.
What Marvel stuff are you watching right now that you're enjoying?
Jacobs led the NFL in rushing just two seasons ago. He'll move to an interesting NFC North with the Packers.
The Broncos announced Monday that they have informed quarterback Russell Wilson he will be released after the 2024 league year begins March 13 at 4 p.m. ET.
Wilson's release will end a disappointing chapter for both sides. The Broncos went 11-19 in Wilson's starts over two seasons and failed to make the playoffs.
The Broncos signed Wilson to a five-year, $242.6 million deal after his arrival and will take an $85 million hit in dead money over the next two seasons because of the release.
Three planes from Air Forces Central dropped 66 bundles containing about 38,000 meals into Gaza on Saturday.
"Three U.S. C-130 cargo planes dropped 66 total bundles, equating to about 38,000 pork-free meals, into the territory on Saturday morning. The bundles were split between three planes, the official said."
"The airdrop is expected to be the first of many announced by President Joe Biden on Friday. The aid will be coordinated with Jordan, which has also conducted airdrops to deliver food to Gaza."

There were a couple big moves this week and a few small moves. The rankings predicted the winners pretty well this week, including the Cardinals over the Eagles.
The Steelers beat the Seahawks to maintain the NFL Title Belt and first ranking. The Steelers will play the Ravens next weekend for control of the NFL Title Belt and first. Since the Ravens are locked into the 1st Seed, it is likely that they sit some of their starters and lose to the Steelers. If the Steelers win and miss the playoffs, the belt and first will be left out of the playoffs and cannot be won again until Week 1 of next year. The last time the belt missed the playoffs was 2021.
With the Commanders losing to the 49ers, the Commanders will remain last place. The Commanders can move up next week when they play the Cowboys. The last 8 teams can end up in last place. The highest ranked team that can end up last is the Eagles, which would require all 7 teams behind them to upset their opponents.

There were a few moves this week. 6 of the 16 games ended with the lower ranked team winning.
The Steelers beat the Bengals to take the NFL Title Belt and first ranking. The Steelers will play the Seahawks next weekend for control of the NFL Title Belt and first. With only 2 weeks left, First and the Title Belt can go to the Steelers, Seahawks, Ravens, and Cardinals. If the team who gains First and the Title Belt does not go to the playoffs, it will remain with that same team until their next loss.
