Free lifting has helped my posture tremendously. You don't need to focus on being a buff gymbro. Just enough intensity to build enough muscle to force your bones into the right shape.

9 0 ReplyIt's like a tablecloth, you have to pull it fast so everything that's attached to it will stay in place.
Note: you may experience some minor discomfort as the nerve endings separate. This is normal and should quickly resolve itself.
