In all, fighting him over this for over a year only cost them $125 in fees more than just giving him the rate. Fuck that noise. There's a reason courts often triple damages. How much time and stress was needlessly wasted in this entire process, and it cost them effectively nothing to slow it down. What percentage of customers they fuck over are going to put in the legwork required to get a few hundred dollars back?
Even though he "won", the result is bullshit. The system is rigged.
