The terror is ok when we do it, you see. But if you resist that terror, that makes you the actual terrorist.
Following so far?
Added to this is the AFRICOM headquarters, which is also located in Germany because no African country was prepared to host it.
When you place a military headquarters focused on one continent on a different continent because the former one said no, rather than just shutter the idea; clearly good guy behavior
- not because they've said now, Morocco last month asked for AFRICOM headquarters to be moved in Moroccan territories, but it was refused because that would be too expensive and not worth it.
