Why does YouTube calls a ban a suspension, termination, and a channel removal at the same time?

This is the third post I've seen from you today about getting banned from sites. What's going on?
- I was wondering too, it's the same guy.
  
  Yeah I checked their profile after the second one and recognized the name this time. Their entire post history is just asking about bans...weird
Suspension implies temporary

Ban implies permanent account impairment but account still exists, conceivably reinstatable.

Termination implies account removed

Channel removal implies account is fine but channel is removed.
Because they are stupid?
