If this happens to be the case - and it does not surprise me one bit that Hamas sees Gaza's civilian population as cannon fodder/collateral damage, one in three of their own rockets hitting their own people - there are still a million articles and items and social media comments pushing the narrative blaming Israel.

I doubt that this was Israel and they say they didn't do it. This is highly questionable and the headline is absolutely garbage, as it's not clear who did that, knowing ISIS... I mean Hamas, they are way more likely to do such things.
