Reader doesn’t do any conversion. In-browser pdf reading is the best.
https://pandoc.org/ Is great if you need a general purpose converter.
Otherwise Libreoffce, Gimp, etc., have native export.

Apple Preview is the best PDF reader. Prove me wrong.

- Certainly pretty annoying on a tablet if you ask me.
