It's rather telling that somehow these ghouls are always surrounded by advisors that tell them to do all the stupid, bad things that make them lose elections, but somehow the person signing their paychecks isn't capable of replacing them

Molly Jong-Fast, host of the Fast Politics podcast, said Parnes, Allen and Whipple had shown Biden’s aides to be chiefly at fault: “Had Harris not had the Precision Strategies crew, think of what she could have done. I think that had she had a little more time and a little bit better advising, she could have won it.”
Molly Jong-Fast is very popular on Bluesky. She must be in the top ~100 accounts. I blocked her and so many other libs because she they have one shitty take after another and they tend to be super-popular. Plus the posts are tedious and monotonous if you're not a lib. If you're going to post badly - at least be unintentionally funny or something.
There's zero introspection everybody is incapable of ever learning anything. Post after post of such libs is Trump's dumb! He's incompetent! He's... Okay, fine. That's true. Still - winning arguments but losing elections is not a good strategy and it's certainly not productive in the long term. Why did you guys lose twice to him? Why not focus on that?
As funny as this is it kinda blows. Dem voters and the Dem party will use things like this as the reason they lost. "Oh see we lost because Biden was too eepy! It definitely isn't because we completely fucking suck!" So they will make zero effort to suck less next time and will instead just run someone less sleepy and get absolutely obliterated again.
Journalists Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes were first out of the gate with Fight: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House. Revelations included how Biden aides planned for his withdrawal in 2023, then when his disastrous June 2024 debate against Donald Trump supercharged calls for him to quit, “aggressively” argued that he should not, given Harris would be a “disaster”.
I might check this out. I read their book Shattered which covers the 2016 Hillary Clinton run, and while it's still more favorable than she deserves, it was a pretty entertaining trainwreck of her incompetence.
