One of the things I do when I get up to go to another room is check to make sure I have my phone. In case I get lost. This is not a joke.
- I just tie a rope around myself and something in the room the room I came from.
  
  I did this but I stopped after I got up to go to the bathroom and ended up in a park being chased by one of my lamps.
- i do this but with a reminder of why i went there cause when i get to the room i needed i forgot why i went there in the first place
  
  Ah a fellow victim of the doorway effect.
Oldie but a goldie.
- I have used "I am not a clever man" so often because of this comic.
  
  Same and for like ten years. Nobody has ever understood the reference in that whole span but the sentence alone is funny
