Damn Biden... Couldnt we do this years ago?
- Maybe he knew something we didn't. A threat even. And maybe that was enough for Putin to hold out, with only the losses that have been, until a friendlier US president was installed.
  
  If Putin now escalates it will be difficult for Trump... This moment there is little risk worth escalation management.
For what I have understood, the USA must also be OK with it or it won't happen.
