Lefty Memes @lemmy.dbzer0.com алсааас [she/they] @lemmy.dbzer0.com 9mo ago Giving toddlers a reality check
Actually reality check.Toddlers perception of the world is much smaller. Princess is just a word for wearing a pretty dress. Just like a knight is anyone with a blade. And also that both of these may potentially ride horses. “Being something when they are grown” is a thought put onto them by an adult. If you are close enough to the child to have discussions with them there is still time to educate them when they are older. Of course most people understand this and this is just a meme, i am just bored.
Is mommy a millionaire or come from inherited wealth? .... no? Does mommy have lots natural sexual beauty? ... no? Then no .... you won't become a princess. Here's a lottery ticket ... you'll have a better chance with that
When my niece was a toddler I taught her her first joke: "Why did the chicken cross the road? To escape the capitalist regime!"Of course she had no idea what it meant, but man listening to a toddler clumsily pronounce "capitalist regime" was funny 100% of the time.
https://medium.com/@viridiangrail/princesses-are-nsfw-f9e6c3d4532dWe shouldn't be teaching small children to admire princesses, it's disgusting.
People are free to yearn to be sex slaves. I don't agree with it, but I can't take that freedom away without being authoritarian.
Sorry kid, boys can't be princessesIts ok though, you'll suit being a fierce queen much better anyway

Children are an "it" and not a "them"?
Well spotted, thank you friend. Edited.
