Federation issues?

Hi grant, Thank you for running this nice instance. I have noticed that my following posts are apparently not getting sent to the remote instance where the target community https://feddit.org/c/mediatheque is hosted, at least they are not visible there. Would you mind checking? Thx.

Sorry for the super delayed response, yesterday was very very busy for me and i couldn't respond

There doesn't appear to be any failed deliveries, so I'm assuming it was a temporary failure in delivery

If you do notice any other posts failing to deliver I can also look into them

- Yes in general it works well, but not for those individual posts.
