That would be very very illegal. And weird. But holy shit illegal. (Was part of the Marine mammal education resource program over a decade ago)
Very illegal even if the animal were deceased.

I read the story, and yeah, it checks out that's exactly what he'd do.
Does this family not know how to shut the fuck up, why do they keep freely, at their own will, insiting on telling these stories?
