I hope the judge finished his ruling with a "duh" and possibly even had a roll eyes emoji officially entered into the court record.
I can’t wait until this guy fades back into oblivion. I mean, he’s been causing harm for years with his anti-vax bullshit, but at least the volume was turned down. I hate him so much. Lying liar asshole.

Clearly he did sue, he just can't succeed and gain monetary damages since no civil damage occurred.
He should do an interview on it with Joe Rogan.
